In 2022, Penn Emblem celebrated its 75th anniversary. Penn Emblem Company is a 4th generation, family-owned and operated company that got its start in the heart of Philadelphia. What was once known as Penn Novelty Company, an emblem company providing primarily oval emblems and US Flags, is now the recipient of NAUMD’s Innovation Award for branding.
When deciding on the logo that would represent the anniversary year, Penn Emblem saw a need to incorporate both a modern image and a nostalgic tribute to one of their vintage logos. The result is a commemorative logo using the company’s Flex™ design technique.

The 75th Anniversary logo was used in a plethora of marketing initiatives throughout 2022, including trade shows and celebratory parties. The logo was displayed on shirts, bags and other keepsake items.
